Sheena McBeth

Sheena McBeth joined the Poverty Alliance in October 2023 as Living Wage Projects Officer. Prior to joining the Poverty Alliance, Sheena worked at the University of Glasgow for 20 years and established and managed the successful Internship Hub programme, providing good quality, paid internships for students. In this role, Sheena gained extensive experience of working with employers of all sizes from start-ups to multinationals across a diverse range of industry sectors and promoted the benefits of internships and the importance of paying the Living Wage. Sheena holds a degree in History of Art from the University of Glasgow.
