Sean Mernagh

My name is Sean Mernagh, I am CEO of Mernagh Management Solutions. I hold an MEng and BEng in Mechanical and Energy systems engineering from UCD. Having previously worked in R&D and operations in the energy and semiconductor manufacturing sectors in Ireland, the UK and USA, I have spent the past decade specialising in enterprise resource planning (ERP), materials requirement planning (MRP) and manufacturing execution systems (MES), and helping businesses to remove risk associated with effecting widespread change in their organisations. Implementing a new ERP and / or MRP system has inherent risks to business operations. Poor implementation practice or insufficient resourcing can cripple an implementation potentially leading to catastrophic consequences for the business. At Mernagh Solutions we have developed a number of database solutions which ensure minimal disruption to business operations when implementing a new system and especially introducing MRP . This means that a business can mitigate the largest ERP risk with confidence, and improve system data integrity in the process.
