Sarah Blake

Sarah Blake is a Dublin-based sustainability consultant and founder of Earthology, where she helps businesses build greener practices from the inside out. With a background in executive search and over two decades of professional experience, Sarah made a deliberate pivot toward purpose-driven work — studying Sustainability Leadership at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and becoming both a certified Carbon Literacy trainer and a trained B Leader. Through Earthology, she works with organisations on B Corp certification, Carbon Literacy training, Inner Development Goals workshops, and Green Team activation. She also founded the EARTHTEAM Accelerator, a programme designed to help sustainability professionals lead with greater confidence and impact. Alongside her consultancy work, she serves as a Guest Lecturer at the Institute of Sustainability Studies in Dublin. A sought-after speaker and active voice in the Irish sustainability space, Sarah was recently shortlisted for ESG Person of the Year at the 2026 IMAGE PwC Businesswoman of the Year Awards. She believes sustainability isn't an add-on — it's a business strategy — and she brings equal measures of pragmatism and passion to proving it.
