Pierce is a seasoned infrastructure and natural resources professional with over 18 years of international experience across Europe, Asia, and North America. For the past 13 years, Pierce has specialised in contract and claims management, with a strong emphasis on dispute avoidance and resolution. As a delay expert, Pierce has been appointed on complex disputes, providing expert analysis and independent opinion on matters of delay and disruption. He has applied a range of delay analysis methodologies and is proficient in industry-standard planning and forensic scheduling tools. Pierce holds a Master’s Degree in Construction Law and Arbitration, equipping him with a robust understanding of construction contracts and dispute mechanisms. He has worked extensively with various standard forms of contract, including NEC, FIDIC, and Public Works, as well as bespoke agreements. Pierce is an accredited trainer for the NEC suite of contracts and provides both internal and external training related primarily to the Engineering and Construction Contract.
