Peter Luff

Peter Luff is a Director at VISION Consulting, specialising in the delivery of complex capital programmes across the infrastructure, utilities, and energy sectors. He works closely with senior leaders to accelerate project timelines, improve coordination across supply chains, and increase certainty of delivery. He is recognised for delivering measurable improvements in capital programmes. His work with Scottish Water enabled projects to start 50% faster at 30% less cost, an approach known as “Get to Site in Half the Time.” Peter has worked with organisations including Scottish Water, Scottish & Southern Energy, Cadent Gas, Uisce Eireann, Southern Water and many of the construction partners.
