He consults, advises, mentors, and coaches a broad array of startups and SMEs in Ireland and internationally. He specialises in strategic transformation, innovation, continuous improvement, digital transformation & AI, and sustainability & circular-economy. Paul holds a BA in Economics and Political Science and is a Fellow of the Aspen Institute’s Business & Society Program.
