Orla has a background in client services, business development, employee engagement, and organisational development. Through OCC, she supports organisations in engaging and developing early-career talent, amplifying employee voice, and advising leaders, managers, and HR teams on evolving workplace expectations. Her current work includes coordinating the Engenuity Cluster, supporting over 60 engineering companies across the Midlands, mentoring clients across multiple industries, and serving on the board of The Lilac Café with a focus on HR and business development.
