Oonagh Reid

Oonagh Reid is a Director at Arup in Ireland with more than 25 years’ experience delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects. She has worked across healthcare, science, industry, property and education in both Ireland and the UK. Over the last decade, she has played a key role in Arup’s senior management team in Ireland, and for the past two years has led a team of over 340 engineers, consultants, architects and technicians across Arup’s four offices in Ireland. Together, they make up Arup’s Buildings Group, delivering high-quality engineering design and advisory services for a wide range of clients. Oonagh is passionate about leadership training, professional development and creating a work environment where everybody has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
