Noel Ryan is a Programme Manager for Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail. Noel is a chartered Structural Engineer with a Master’s in Business Administration from DCU. Noel has worked in Irish Rail for over 16 years across a number of different roles from maintenance of existing infrastructure to delivering complex infrastructure projects. Noel is currently leading the interface between MetroLink and Irish Rail at both Glasnevin & Tara Street stations.
