Mat Jackson

Mat is a senior consultant working in business transformation with a strong focus on system thinking, continuous improvement and leadership development. He has worked across many aspects of continuous improvement, building a Lean Business Excellence model from scratch for a large utilities organisation which focused on cultural change with leaders, building capability through a standard tool kit and embedding systems of improving to make it stick. This included development of an accredited training programme with over 1200 delegates across 3 years.
