Martina Finn

Martina was appointed Managing Director of AtkinsRéalis in Ireland in October 2023, having held the post in an interim capacity since September 2022. Martina is a structural engineer by profession and is a chartered member of Engineers Ireland. She is a fellow and executive board member of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland (ACEI). Martina has been with AtkinsRéalis since 2001, starting as a project structural engineer and worked her way up to Director of Infrastructure in 2018. As well as working in Ireland, she has experience delivering major infrastructure projects in the UK, Europe, Africa, Australia and the Middle East. Martina is passionate about celebrating diversity and inclusion and is the sponsor of AtkinsRéalis Ireland’s ED&I group, with particular emphasis on Women in Engineering through STEM initiatives, championing talent development and reverse mentoring. As part of AtkinsRéalis’ digital transformation, Martina is committed to collaborating with clients and partners to deliver their objectives, taking full advantage of digital transformation to improve the efficiency and productivity of infrastructure delivery through best-in-class capabilities in engineering, design and project management.
