Margaret Dineen

Margaret Dineen is a food supply chain specialist with over 25 years’ experience spanning procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and commercial finance across Ireland, the UK and Europe. Founder of Blue Sky Food Consulting, a specialist advisory firm in supply chain and commercial finance, she works with food and drink organisations to design fair, transparent and resilient value chains that support sustainable growth. She has also built the first all-island Food Trade networking platform, the Irish Food Trade Connect Forum, enabling food and drink producers and buyers across Ireland to connect, collaborate and scale both domestically and internationally. Margaret will lead and facilitate the FoodTech Stage, curating practical, outcomes-focused discussions on how innovation in sustainability, digital transformation and lean manufacturing can unlock new opportunities for the sector.
