Luiseach Flynn

Luiseach Flynn is the founder of Easca Consulting, a Dublin-based consultancy specialising in engagement data governance for infrastructure organisations. Before establishing Easca, she spent over a decade working across major infrastructure programmes in Canada, including the nuclear, energy, and regulatory sectors, helping organisations develop their stakeholder engagement governance, systems, and analytics. She is the Irish partner for Publiq, and an active contributor to TCI's thought leadership on engagement and consultation practice.
