Kieran is a qualified engineer with hands-on experience across aerospace, automotive, and semiconductor industries. He now specialises in R&D tax credits and innovation funding in the UK and Ireland, helping engineering, construction, and manufacturing businesses unlock strategic growth through smarter use of public funding. A champion of lean thinking and continuous improvement, Kieran brings both technical depth and commercial perspective to every client engagement. Outside of work, he coaches a community karate club and is a committed advocate for STEM education — most recently serving as a judge at the Primary Engineering Leaders Award competition.
