Julie Ryan is a senior consultant at Harvest, an OD-led learning and development consultancy. She brings over 30 years’ experience in talent strategy and people development, having worked with organisations, consultancies and business schools across Ireland, Europe, the US, Asia and Africa. She previously led customised and sectoral programmes at the Irish Management Institute for over 20 years, with a strong focus on translating strategic ambition into practical leadership capability.
