Jillian Bolton

Jillian Bolton is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 23 years’ experience delivering and leading major national infrastructure programmes across the transportation, water and energy sectors. Since joining Jacobs in 2005, she has held a range of senior roles including Framework Manager, Manager of Projects, Project Director and, currently, Operational Lead for Water Ireland. She has been instrumental in shaping the growth and diversification of Jacobs’ Water Ireland business, expanding the team to more than 150 professionals and has been central to securing and delivering major frameworks with Uisce Éireann, Northern Ireland Water and EirGrid. Jillian is a committed advocate for women in STEM and engineering, she mentors and sponsors emerging leaders and supports initiatives such as iWish to help build a more inclusive and diverse future for the engineering profession.
