Jennifer works within Meridiam's business development network to advance investment opportunities, with a primary focus on the transport, rail, and social infrastructure sectors. She brings a highly versatile perspective to deal development, having successfully delivered complex projects from the viewpoint of the Sponsor, Contractor, and Designer, thereby being able to leverage a deep understanding of commercial structures, regional frameworks, and technical risk to de-risk capital-intensive investments. International PPP Track Record: Jennifer spent almost 10 years in Madrid leading FCC Construction’s global project finance development team. Strategically identified the bidding pipeline and worked in close alignment with construction and O&M counterparts to drive competitive global bids. Structured consortium's, led bids, secured financial close for major greenfield PPP projects and successfully guided assets through the construction phase and into operations. Project Delivery & Energy Transition: Served as Project Director for Meridiam's Boyne Energy Campus, a landmark energy transition and digital infrastructure development in Ireland. Shaped the project’s delivery, planning, community engagement and grid connection strategy, successfully advancing it through critical milestones, including the planning application process & legacy asset sales. Governance & Asset Management: Experienced Board Director having served on the boards of multiple EMEA PPP projects during both construction and operational phases. Previously an elected member of the Engineers Ireland Council.
