Dr. Nitheen Sanyal is a digital transformation leader with deep expertise in digitalisation, operational excellence, and strategic program delivery. With over a decade of experience across pharmaceuticals, healthcare, materials chemistry, and photochromic lens technologies, she has led complex cross-functional initiatives focused on data analytics, quality management, operations, and digital innovation. Driven by a mission to create paperless manufacturing environments, she has successfully deployed major digital solutions, including S/4 HANA and LIMS across Merck KGaA Ireland sites. Currently with Novartis, she is focused on advancing Lean Digital Operational Excellence within Medical Affairs.
