A passionate advocate for industry cluster organisations, he previously served as the Director and Cluster Manager of IDEAM, a national industry cluster organisation supporting over 250 advanced manufacturing SMEs to unlock their growth potential through digital and green transformation. He is also an "Industry 4.0 Certified Trainer" and has supported the digital transformation of over 1,000 SMEs.
