Denise Tuffy

Denise Tuffy is Director of Specialist Contracting with the Construction Industry Federation (CIF). In this role, she focuses on representing and advancing the needs of the specialist contracting sector, particularly in relation to policy development and the delivery of services that support CIF member businesses. Denise holds responsibility for influencing the strategic direction of both the Mechanical and Electrical Contractors Association (M&ECA), and the Smart Offsite Association (SosA), working closely with members to address sectoral priorities and challenges.   In addition, Denise leads CIF’s policy work on digitalisation, through the Construction 4.0 (C4.0) Committee, supporting industry adoption of digital and innovative construction practices.   Denise has worked in a variety of roles within the CIF over the past ten years. She holds an MBA and a Diploma in Construction Law from Trinity College Dublin (TCD).
