I'm Darren Woods, founder and Managing Director of WD Excellence. I am passionate about helping businesses and their people reach new levels of performance. My focus is Business process Improvement. I have had the privilege of working with some of the best Businesses in their industry including Bose within the Sound System Market, Glanbia within the Food and FMCG industry and MSD within the Pharma and Biotechnology industry. I enjoy all aspects of Business Process improvement including Strategy, Leadership development, Culture, Industrial Engineering and Continuous Improvement. I am a constant learner with an MBS in Business Practice, an Honors degree in Engineering, A Lean Six Sigma Black belt, and 3 professional Diplomas in Management, Executive Coaching and Organisational Development.
