Ciaran Williams

Ciaran Williams is a Partner in our Construction & Engineering Group based in London, with over 15 years’ experience advising on major infrastructure, construction and energy projects in the UK and internationally. He supports clients across the full project lifecycle, from procurement and contract negotiation through to project delivery and dispute resolution. His experience spans a broad range of construction and infrastructure sectors, including rail, road, tunnelling, water, maritime, digital infrastructure, LNG, nuclear, petrochemicals and renewable energy. Ciaran advises on all forms of construction and engineering disputes, including litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation. He is also a recognised expert in FIDIC, NEC and JCT contracts, as well as bespoke and EPC/EPCM arrangements, helping clients manage risk and deliver successful project outcomes.
