Dr. Azza Silotry Naik is a Lecturer and Programme Chair in Food Science at Technological University Dublin , specialising in sustainable food innovation, functional ingredients, and the valorisation of plant and marine by-products. Her research focuses on transforming food and seafood processing side streams into high-value ingredients that support circular economy principles and sustainable food systems.
