Angelyn Rowan

Angelyn Rowan is a partner and head of the projects and construction group at Philip Lee LLP. Angelyn has specialised in the area of projects and construction since 2004 and has extensive experience advising on major infrastructure projects, PPPs and large-scale residential and mixed-use projects. Angelyn advises funders, developers, employers and contractors on all aspects of construction law, including commercial office, residential, healthcare, energy and PPP/PFI projects. She advises on both contentious and non-contentious construction law matters. She has advised on some of the most significant projects in Ireland in recent years, including advising the National Development Finance Agency (NDFA) on the €300m+ Social Housing PPP Programme, the €200m+ Grangegorman DIT Campus PPP and the €140m+ Primary Care Centres PPP.
