Alistair Tosh

Alistair is Group HR Director at Kirby Group Engineering, with responsibility for the full employee lifecycle including talent acquisition, employer value proposition, learning and development, succession planning, performance and engagement. He brings over 20 years’ experience as a strategic partner to leadership teams, with previous roles including Chief People Officer at ARYZTA Group plc. Earlier in his career, he spent almost a decade with the Irish Management Institute.
